"Resident Evil 2 appeared in the British sitcom Spaced, in the episode "Art", written by Simon Pegg (along with his writing partner and co-star Jessica Hynes) and directed by Edgar Wright. The character of Tim (Pegg), under the influence of amphetamine and the video game Resident Evil 2, hallucinates that he is fighting off a zombie invasion.
