The Baton Show Lounge which opened in 1969, has hosted many celebrities, and presents drag performance.[1] The popular indie music venue Double Door (established, 1994) plans to reopen the Wilson Avenue Theater. The Wilson first presented vaudeville in 1910, although its classical architecture caused it to be used as a bank for most of the 20th and into the 21st century.[2]
