Michael Jackson wrote and recorded "Bad" in 1986. It was co-produced by Jackson and Quincy Jones, and was included on his seventh studio album of the same name. "Bad" was originally intended to be a duet between Jackson and musician Prince; although the plans were not fruitful.[1] Prince instead submitted his song "Wouldn't You Love To Love Me" to Jackson for use on Bad, but he rejected it, so it was instead given to Taja Sevelle for her self-titled album.
